By commissioning me you automatically agree to all terms. Violation of any of these terms will place you on my blacklist, either immediately or after a warning depending on the offence.

☆ I have the right to refuse service and to stop service at any point.☆ I suffer from several health issues and disorders, as well as a current life circumstance, that affect my ability to work on art for days at a time, sometimes weeks. If this happens I will inform you of such, but please do not commission me if you are not able or willing to wait lengths of time when necessary. I will still endeavour to finish comms in a timely manner.☆ Payment must be made upfront before I will begin.☆ Payment plans can be discussed for pricier items, but will not exceed more then 3 months and work will not begin until first payment is made.☆ Payment must be paid in USD through PayPal unless stated otherwise. It cannot be any of the following: NFT, Crypto, Ai Art, exposure☆ Comfirmation of payment must be sent before work will begin.☆ Refunds will be on a case by case basis. Typically this means the progress and the price of the commission will be used to determine the final refund amount.☆You must credit me properly for my work on all social media platforms. This includes Instagram, Toyhouse, Twitter, Facebook, Etc.☆ You may not trace, edit, copy, reference or use my art for commercial or merchandising use. I retain full rights to the artwork created, not the character.☆ Use of my art in Ai Art or the sales of Ai Art is strictly prohibited.☆ My signature/watermark is not to be removed under any circumstance. Removal or claiming the art as your own will result in immediate blacklisting and potential legal action.☆ You may not use my designs or art for commercial use. This includes placing them onto 3D models for streaming, merchandise, as a purchasable item in a shop, printed for posters for sale or any other form of physical Item meant to earn money. Personal items are an exception. If you wish to have commercial rights, ask me an we can discuss it.

□ Immediate Refusal: Political Pieces, Copyrighted Pieces, Commercial Work, NFT, Ai Art

○ Failure to pay 3 times will result in cancellation of commission and placement on blacklist.
○ Cancellation of commission late into work without valid reasoning will result in blacklisting. A refund will not be issued.
○ Sudden cancellations with no reasoning will result in placement onto my personal soft block list until further notice.
○ If I find that any art I have created has been uploaded for use in "Ai Art" of any kind, with or without initial purchase, and has been used to make a profit from, or used in merchandising of any kind, you will be held accountable for plagiarism and infringement of my T.O.S. You will be charged full Commercial price for the rights to the original artwork, on top of the initial cost for the commission, and a percentage of your profit made from the use of the work equal to 35% must be paid to me (the artist) in compensation for the breach and use of my intellectual property against my knowledge and T.OS.
○ Harrassment of myself or my partner over refusal to accept a com will result in banning, and if necessary, legal action.
